Every year at Christmas youngsters across the world neglect their expensive and numerous presents in favour of the packaging in which they arrive. Now, University of Sunderland graduate Amalia has seized on this anomaly and seemingly tapped into a lucrative market.
Amalia has designed a cardboard chair which comes flat packed and once assembled, by the kids, can be coloured in, decorated or left as it is.
The chair is made from 70 per cent recyclable materials and is 100 per cent recyclable once discarded.
